The interface javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPMessageContext 
  provides access to the SOAP message for either RPC request or 
  response. The javax.xml.soap.SOAPMessage specifies
  the standard Java API for the representation of a SOAP 1.1 message
  with attachments.
